Pre-Order Policy
At Rich In Spirit, many pieces are available for pre-order. This approach allows us to produce responsibly, reduce waste, and ensure you have access to limited drops before they sell out.
- When you place a pre-order, your payment is charged immediately to secure your item.
 - Each product page includes an estimated shipping window (e.g. “Ships in October 2025”).
 - Once your pre-order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation just like a regular order.
 
- Pre-order items ship as soon as they’re ready, within the window noted on the product page.
 - If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them separately. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
 - Delivery estimates are subject to change. If timelines shift, we’ll notify you by email right away.
 
Pre-order items follow the same return and exchange policy as our in-stock products. Please review our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, contact us at support@richinspirit.com.
- Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
 - After that window, cancellations aren’t guaranteed since we begin production planning immediately.
